We are happy to announce the addition of Bruce Petschen to the Snell Manufacturing team as Chief Operations Officer.

Bruce began his career over 30 years ago with Metal-Matic as janitor in 1994. Over the next three decades he worked up through various positions including Plant Manager before relocating to Ohio to lead and build a grass roots project bringing to life the companies third and largest facility. Most recently Bruce spent time at Plymouth Tube as a CIM (Continuous Improvement Manager).

Bruce lives in Ohio and he and his fiancé are getting married in November in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This marriage will add two new sons to his family of four adult sons living in Minnesota. They also have three Labradors. Bruce stays active with hunting and fishing, coaching his new sons’ baseball, and plays in the MVHR Baseball League with the Cincinnati Tigers.

Bruce’s leads himself and his teams to continuous improvement, with Snell Manufacturing that will mean improving LEAN processes and bringing a positive culture of change. He says, “You never achieve greatness alone, it takes a team of people.”

You couldn’t be righter, Bruce, and we are glad you are on our team.
