Bruce’s leadership in 2024 touched multiple Snell companies. At Quad Industries, he was instrumental in championing Lean business practices and operational improvements that contributed to record-setting performance, including a 98%+ on-time delivery rate.
Midway through the year, Bruce shifted his focus to Tier-Rack, stepping into a pivotal role to stabilize a large-scale order that was facing serious equipment and process issues. His steady, solutions-oriented leadership helped turn the situation around—regaining the customer’s confidence and leading directly to a second major order from the same partner.
Bruce’s impact is not only seen in numbers. His positive attitude, cross-team collaboration, and willingness to roll up his sleeves make him a trusted leader across departments. His dedication to people, process, and results defines what it means to lead at Snell Manufacturing.
